Dating back to 1255, Taylors is a beautiful country house still retaining the timber open hall of the mid 13th century. Set among magnificent gardens, it is believed to be the oldest lived-in house in Surrey.Taylors 16th century stunning barn offers a wonderful and unique wedding venue.
Waverley Abbey House, Surrey

The beautiful lakeside grounds of Waverley Abbey House offer a fabulous setting for all kinds of events except weddings. With stunning views over the lake, across meadows, to the remains of an 11th Century Cistercian Monastery, Waverley’s grounds are available for hire throughout the year. Marquees and catering are available from Moodies.
Winchester Guildhall, Winchester, Hampshire
Moodies are very excited to be part of the banqueting team for this beautiful venue in the heart of Winchester.Winchester is a gorgeous little city, and the Guildhall’s surroundings are very pretty. Outside, there is a dramatic raised balcony for drinks and photographs, and a wonderful roof terrace that looks out over the city’s rooftops.
Inside, there is a choice of beautiful rooms from the stunning Bapsy Hall to the more intimate King Charles Hall and Walton Suite. Every room is licensed for civil ceremonies.
The Walled Garden at Cowdray , West Sussex
The Walled Garden in Midhurst, West Sussex is an historic Grade l listed site with two beautiful function/reception rooms and an award winning garden set in the magnificent grounds of Cowdray Park adjacent to The Cowdray Ruins.
The venue offers a most romantic setting for weddings and civil ceremonies and blessings of a religious and non-religious nature may also be held in either of the functions rooms or The Walled Garden. There is easy access to the venue, ample parking, frequent train services from London and excellent local accommodation some within walking distance.
Bombay Sapphire Distillery, Whitchurch, Hampshire
The home of Bombay Sapphire gin ,this stunning and historical venue at Laverstoke Mill in Hampshire only opened this year after extensive and sympathetic renovation and is available for corporate events and parties. The wide selection of cool bars and spectacular rooms makes it perfect for a special party.
The distillery is on the River Test in the heart of chalk country. The first official mention of a mill at Laverstoke is in the Domesday Book.
Taplins Place is an historic listed farmhouse and thatched barn built in 1690 with beautiful, secluded landscaped gardens set in the rolling Hampshire countryside.The old stable block provides a perfect setting for functions of up to 100 people while larger functions can be accommodated in a marquee.The house has extensive landscaped gardens and these are a photographers delight with waterfalls, palm trees, rockeries and mature willows surrounding an ornamental lake and Koi pond.Taplins Place is an ideal wedding venue set within the Hampshire countryside.
